Simply put, the Nursery Potter was designed to make never-ending potting machine maintenance obsolete! We’ve eliminated all chains and sprockets! This “all-belt-conveyor” potter is designed for highly efficient potting providing unmatched reliability, year after year. With heavy-duty motors and gearboxes, the potter has the power and torque to handle virtually any soil mix. Its two-cubic-yard galvanized steel hopper provides for longer life and less maintenance. And it’s all belt operation guarantees potting production won’t be hindered by difficult soil that tends to rapidly deteriorate chains and augers.

Our large Recipe Blending Soil System utilizes direct drive motors and gearboxes, which means no chains or sprockets to maintain. The conveyor belts ride on roller frames to ensure longevity, and components that come in contact with fertilizer and mix are stainless steel. Multiple formulas can be run simultaneously through the use of our recipe blending computer, enabling different mix formulas to be delivered automatically to specific destinations. Delivery conveyors are custom-built to suit the layout of the facility and the existing equipment.

The HydraFiber Processing Unit (HPU) is designed for growers and regional soil blenders, capable of processing and mixing up to 100 cubic yards of blended soil per hour. It efficiently returns compressed HydraFiber Ultra bales to their fibrous state and blends them with a base media using integrated soil recipe controls. Available in right- or left-hand versions, the HPU is equipped with powered in-feed conveyors and tungsten carbide-coated shredder rollers, ensuring robust and reliable performance.

This unit simplifies the blending process, making it ideal for high-volume operations that demand consistent, high-quality soil mixes. Its advanced design and durable components enhance productivity and ensure long-lasting operation.
