NIR Drill Dibbler

The High-Speed Dibbler allows growers to dibble holes in pots and flats to obtain uniform placement and planting depth. Holes can be dibbled at speeds up to 2,800 containers per hour. The machine utilizes high-speed pneumatics and precision controls to achieve such high speeds. The High-Speed Dibbler is equipped with magnetic dibble pins that quickly attach to a metallic mounting plate for ultimate flexibility and quick changeovers. Hole locations are set by manually positioning dibble pins directly in the pot or tray.

Then, using the built-in hand crank, the dibble plate is lowered to allow the magnet in the base of each dibble to simply attach to the plate as it comes into contact. In short, the High Speed Dibbler is a versatile machine, designed to meet the needs of today’s high-speed production lines that are often changed due to product mix.

7 Foot Water Tunnel System is designed to provide controlled watering capability for multiple watering applications, such as flats, trays, pots, and baskets. The 7-foot water tunnel is available with a 16” or 22” wide powered conveyor belt with variable speed control and comes standard with a 4-bar water manifold and drain pan. It not only makes it much easier to keep the plants uniformly moistened, but it also prevents wasting water while waiting for the product. The Water Tunnel can be wired into the production line controls, so that if production is stopped or started anywhere along the line, the watering is stopped and started simultaneously, preventing over and under-watering of any product already in the watering tunnel. Optional extra wide or tall units will accommodate the highest and widest containers, including hanging baskets with hangers if needed.

The RN-12 Plug Tray Filler is equipped with an innovative system to adjust and achieve the desired level of soil compaction. With the capabilities of filling up to 800 trays per hour and containers up to 8.5” tall, this machine is productive all season long.
