ROTO-MIX Batch Soil Mixer

Our large Recipe Blending Soil System utilizes direct drive motors and gearboxes, which means no chains or sprockets to maintain. The conveyor belts ride on roller frames to ensure longevity, and components that come in contact with fertilizer and mix are stainless steel. Multiple formulas can be run simultaneously through the use of our recipe blending computer, enabling different mix formulas to be delivered automatically to specific destinations. Delivery conveyors are custom-built to suit the layout of the facility and the existing equipment.

The Batch Mixing Machines are designed for uniform blending of a wide variety of materials such as peat, bark, soil, sand, chemicals, and fertilizers.  The ribbon blender channels material from the hopper sides through the center resulting in quick, even blending and easy material removal through the center discharge hatch, and then onto the discharge incline conveyor. Available in two models.

Any common kind of substrate or fertilizer can be used with the Mayer EM-6012 Soil Mixer. This mixer can mix various components into the soil and can even be set to moisten the soil before it is discharged.

The open soil hopper design allows the soil mixer to be easily filled from three sides by a shovel loader, a wheelbarrow, or a big bale breaker. The EM-6012 Soil Mixer can also be used as an additional soil hopper or as a filling machine for containers and poly bags.
