HydraFiber Processing Unit- Extra Wide

The HydraFiber Expander Unit was designed for growers with one to two planting lines. The compact, smaller footprint of the HE Unit allows it to be easily installed into an existing mix line. The HE is capable of mixing up to 25 cubic yards of blended soil per hour. The HE Unit is designed to return the compressed HydraFiber Ultra bales to their fibrous state and blend with base media. The machine is available in right- or left-hand versions and is equipped with a powered in-feed conveyor and tungsten carbide-coated shredder rollers.

Our large Recipe Blending Soil System utilizes direct drive motors and gearboxes, which means no chains or sprockets to maintain. The conveyor belts ride on roller frames to ensure longevity, and components that come in contact with fertilizer and mix are stainless steel. Multiple formulas can be run simultaneously through the use of our recipe blending computer, enabling different mix formulas to be delivered automatically to specific destinations. Delivery conveyors are custom-built to suit the layout of the facility and the existing equipment.

The HydraFiber Processing Unit (HPU) is designed for growers and regional soil blenders, capable of processing and mixing up to 100 cubic yards of blended soil per hour. It efficiently returns compressed HydraFiber Ultra bales to their fibrous state and blends them with a base media using integrated soil recipe controls. Available in right- or left-hand versions, the HPU is equipped with powered in-feed conveyors and tungsten carbide-coated shredder rollers, ensuring robust and reliable performance.
